Article 1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to lectures, spiritual demonstrations, events and other activities where you can invite Jason Goldsworthy.

In these Terms and Conditions, Jason Goldsworthy is referred to as “Jason Goldsworthy”, “I” or “me”.
The person who books a ticket, place or participation in an activity is referred to as the “participant”.
Article 2. Cancellation or Changes by Jason Goldsworthy
Jason Goldsworthy may cancel or change an event when this becomes necessary.
This may happen, for example, because of:
- illness;
- technical problems;
- problems with the venue;
- insufficient participation;
- force majeure;
- or other circumstances that prevent the event from taking place as planned.
If an event is completely cancelled and the participant has already paid Jason Goldsworthy directly, the amount paid for that event will be refunded, unless another legal arrangement applies.
Where possible, an alternative date may be offered.
Travel, hotel and other personal expenses incurred by participants will not be reimbursed unless Jason Goldsworthy is legally required to do so or has agreed to this in writing beforehand.
Article 3. Changes to the Venue or Programme
In exceptional circumstances, the programme, venue, times or content of an event may need to be changed.
Participants will be informed of significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
A change to part of the programme does not automatically mean that the entire event is cancelled.
Article 4. Spiritual Demonstrations and Lectures
During a spiritual demonstration or lecture, Jason Goldsworthy may work as a medium and share information or impressions that he receives during the demonstration.
A demonstration or reading is intended as a spiritual and personal experience.
No guarantee can be given that:
- a particular person in the Spirit World will be perceived;
- a particular message will be received;
- every participant will receive a reading;
- or a participant will experience a particular personal result.
Information provided during a demonstration or lecture is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Participants remain responsible for their own personal choices and decisions.
Article 5. Respect and Behaviour at Events
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards Jason Goldsworthy, staff, other participants and guests.
Participants must not disrupt an event, harass other participants or behave in a way that affects the safety or normal running of the event.
Where necessary, a participant may be asked to leave the venue.
If a participant is required to leave because of seriously disruptive behaviour, there is no automatic right to a refund.
This does not affect any statutory rights the participant may have.
Article 6. Photography, Video and Audio
Photographs, video or audio recordings may be made during some events.
When such recordings contain identifiable participants and are intended for publication or promotional purposes, the applicable privacy rules will be respected.
Participants who do not wish to appear in recordings may inform Jason Goldsworthy in advance where reasonably possible.
Separate consent will be requested where required by law.
Article 7. Recordings by Participants
Participants may not make full video, audio or other recordings of an event without prior permission from Jason Goldsworthy.
Short personal photographs or short clips may be permitted provided they do not disturb the event, other participants or the rights of Jason Goldsworthy.
Full lectures, demonstrations, workshops or training sessions may not be recorded, published or commercially used without permission.
Article 8. Intellectual Property
Texts, presentations, exercises, course materials, videos, audio recordings, photographs and other materials created or provided by Jason Goldsworthy remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Participants may use these materials for personal use only unless prior permission has been given.
Materials may not be:
- copied;
- sold;
- published;
- uploaded online;
- distributed;
- or used commercially
without permission.
Article 9. Liability
Jason Goldsworthy provides lectures, demonstrations, workshops and other activities with reasonable care and to the best of his knowledge and ability.
No specific spiritual, personal or other result can be guaranteed.
Jason Goldsworthy is liable for damage to the extent required by applicable German law.
Liability for injury to life, body or health is not excluded or limited where the law does not permit such exclusion or limitation.
The same applies to other forms of liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under German law.
Article 10. Health and Personal Circumstances
Participants are responsible for their own health and for deciding whether participation in an event is appropriate for them.
Spiritual lectures, demonstrations, coaching and workshops are not medical treatment and do not replace advice or treatment from a doctor, psychologist or other qualified professional.
If a participant feels unwell during an event, they should inform Jason Goldsworthy or a member of staff as soon as possible.
Article 11. Force Majeure
If Jason Goldsworthy is unable to provide an event because of circumstances beyond his reasonable control, the event may be postponed, changed or cancelled.
Examples include serious illness, technical problems, government measures, problems with the venue, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such circumstances, Jason Goldsworthy will try to provide an appropriate solution.

If you have a complaint about an event, lecture, demonstration or workshop, please contact:

Article 13. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Jason Goldsworthy.

Article 14. External Organisers and Ticket Sales
Some lectures, demonstrations, workshops or events may be organised by an external organisation.
Where an external organisation is the organiser and seller of the ticket, that organisation's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy may also apply to the purchase of the ticket.
Jason Goldsworthy is responsible for his own contribution to the event, but is not responsible for the sales, payment or organisational obligations of an external organiser that are outside his responsibility.
Article 15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable under the relevant legal rules.
To the extent permitted by law, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
Where the participant is a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rights continue to apply.
Article 16. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Jason Goldsworthy may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary, for example because of changes to the services or applicable law.
The most recent version will be published on the website.
Changes apply to new agreements unless otherwise required by law.

Article 18. Book Sales Through Amazon
Books by Jason Goldsworthy may be available for purchase through Amazon and other external retailers.
When a customer purchases a book through Amazon, the purchase is made through Amazon or the relevant Amazon selling entity. Amazon is responsible for processing the order, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and customer service relating to that purchase.
Amazon's own Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and other applicable policies will apply to the purchase.
Jason Goldsworthy is not responsible for the technical processing of an Amazon order, payment processing, delivery or the handling of returns and refunds by Amazon.
Links on the Jason Goldsworthy website to Amazon are provided to make it easier for visitors to find and purchase the book.
The price of a book is determined and applied in accordance with applicable law, including the German rules on fixed book prices (Buchpreisbindung) where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a purchase made through Amazon.
