 1 Definitions

In these terms and conditions terms are used, which are defined here. A participant is someone who will join, joins or has joined a reading/course/workshop organised by Jason Goldsworthy- Medium.

The term organiser is used to define Jason Goldsworthy - Medium. The term courses is from now on used to desribe all readings, courses, workshops and other activities offered by Jason Goldsworthy. The legal terms and conditions can be changed at any time by Jason Goldsworthy-medium.

 2 Agreement

By emailing, writing, phoning, messenging from the participand and the written or oral reply from the organiser or Ursula Goldsworthy an agreement is made.

3 Pricing

All prices for courses will be calculated according to the tax rules of Germany.

Jason Goldsworthy has the freedom to change the prices at any time necessary.

4 Payment

The participant will pay the deposit upon registering and if a payment plan has been agreed upon then this plan will be followed. If the particpant cancels the course then the remainder of the course still needs to be paid. If the organiser cancels the course then the plan becomes void. If the participants does not pay, then an email reminder will be sent. If the participant still does not pay then after 20 days the account will be handed over to a collection agency with all added costs and interest.

If there is no payment plan agreed to, then the participant will pay the full amount two weeks before the course starts. If the participant fails to do so, then his or her place in the course will become void.

5 Cancellation of a course by a participant

The law in Germany allows for a 14 day period in which the participant can change his or her mind after registering, these are 14 days before the course starts.

If a participant registers 10 or less days before the start of the course then the reconsidering timeframe closes at the start date of the course.

Cancellations can be made orally or written.

A cancellation up until 4 weeks before the course starts will be completely refunded, only a 15 Euro adminstration fee will be deducted. If the canellation takes place within 2 weeks before the course starts, then the course amount will be refunded, but a 100 Euro administration fee will be deducted.

Should a participant not be able to participate in the course then he or she is still liable to fulfil the commitments of payment. Eg see article 4, the payment plan does not stop in case the particpant can not join the course on certain dates.

Should a participant not be able to join the course, then according to German law, we are under no obligation to refund the course fee. However, should the not being able to participate on certain dates be due to death in the direct family or serious illness, then we will, out of good will, try to find a solution, but we are under no obligation to refund the course fee.

6 Cancellation of the course by the organiser

Jason Goldsworthy has the right to cancel the course or terminate the participation of a participant. In this case the participant has the right to a refund by the organiser. Should the termination of the participation of the participant be because of their behaviour in the group or with us, then this refund becomes void.

7 Privacy

These can be found in the privacy policy.

8 Accountability

The organiser is obliged to perform the course to his best ability, however result are not only dependent upon the effort of the organiser, but also upon the efforts of the participant and outside factors. The organiser will work to the best of his ability but results can not be guaranteed. The organiser is not liable for any damages to the participant physical, emotional or spiritual.

9 Intelectual ownership

All materials, texts and recordings used in the courses are owned by the organiser and must not be copied or used without his permission.
